Cooking at 2 years old

I just want to eat out and have a meal that won’t make me sick.  Is that too much to ask?  I also like to know how a restaurant has fared with other gluten free and dairy free diners.  So I decided I would critique restaurants.

What are my qualifications, you ask?

Well, I’ve been cooking and catering in kitchens, both personal and professional, since I was 2 years old.  If you give me gluten to eat I get very sick, so I’m like a walking gluten test strip.  I also have a passion about eating good food and sharing what I’ve learned with others.
